Repairs

Advance Communication Products services and repairs Panasonic KSU/PBX Systems and Phones. We have a highly experienced technical team with over 30 years of communication equipment service. Once we receive your
repair work, it enters our repair queue immediately and we have a quick turnaround time on all repairs. Most repairs can be completed within one (1) day unless ordering parts are required. All repairs are fully tested
before returned to customers and we guarantee our work with an additional thirty day (30) warranty. Please contact us about repairing your specific model before shipping your system or phone to us.

Shipping
|
- All orders ship same day if placed before 3:30pm PST.
- We ship UPS Next Day Early AM (Red), UPS Next Day (Red), UPS Next Day Saver (Red), UPS 2-Day (Blue) and UPS Ground.
Our typical order ships UPS Ground, however we get many requests for UPS Next Day Air for
business critical needs.
- All orders within the United States are shipped by UPS (unless otherwise specified). Our typically delivery method is by UPS Ground and arrives within 2 to 5 business days.
- We offer faster shipping methods on all orders. UPS Next Day Air generally costs $50 for shipping.
- For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, UPS Ground is not available for those shipments. You must select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for shipment to AK, HI or PR.
- Canada: Shipments to Canada will be sent by UPS Ground. Note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged. These will be collected by the mail carrier at the time of delivery. Check with local customs authorities to determine the additional cost.

Returns
|
- ACP does not accept returns on items unless item is dead on arrival (within 3-day of delivery).

Terms and Conditions
|
Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until we ship the product. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards, or we can not ship the product due to factors beyond our control.
Please note that, although rare and despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur occasionally. In this case, we will do our best to honor the price, but may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
